Ms. Salcedo has also sent out instructions for those who are not satisfied with their block assignments. “You have until April 2nd, 2010 to find someone to switch with. You need to find that someone on your own. Both students who wish to switch will need to come to the Office of Experiential Education with a letter signed by both parties stating that you agree on the switch.”

  • Lab Tests for PH 312
Please note that if your Quantiferon blood test for tuberculosis or PPD is approaching its expiration date (meaning 6 months since you got tested), you will need to get tested again in order to participate in the Summer PH 312 course. If you have previously tested positive for PPD, you do not need to submit a QuantiFeron laboratory report or PPD, but instead a chest x-ray report. The chest x-ray report cannot be older than 3 years from the date it is done. If so, a new chest x-ray will be needed. The last day to turn in your QuantiFeron blood test laboratory report or PPD result will be April 30th. Anything handed in after that date will risk you not participating in the Summer PH 312 experience. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Salcedo.
